I love martial art movies an for whupping ass Jim Kelly is the man. Here is the reference material that I'm using to paint Jim in Painter 12 it's unfinished for now an will complete it later and post it soon. There are two great brush found in the same brush category in Painter for painting hair.

• I take this painting into Paintshop Pro and use some brushes like the Marble brush a and Distress brush & some Splatter brushes to give texture to this painting. I'm still not finish with this painting but will update you when completed.

• The Nervous Pen is great for painting African American hair I'm using it to create Jim Kelly hair.

• The Scratchboard Rake is great for painting straight or wavy hair.
