I had paint this photo before and did not care for it decided to do work on it again but not really paint it instead change the colors and add text to this photo this was mostly done in PaintShop Pro and a little in Painter 12 the graphic that you see at the bottom photo were the word love and heart symbols was made in PaintShop then save has a paper texture in Painter then I use the Add Grain brush found in Painter to achieve this texture.

This was made in Paintshop Pro using vector shapes and the Picture Tube then converted into a paper texture in  Painter 12.
